Dancing Bear Lodge’s 5th Birthday Party featuring a live concert by The Futurebirds

This live concert will feature the Futurebirds, a band Rolling Stone Magazine labeled “Indie darlings in the Rock and Americana scene” earlier this year. This show will begin at 8:15PM.
Come celebrate 5 years of elevated Appalachian Cuisine with Chef Shelley Cooper while she prepares a special three-course dinner beginning at 6pm. Guests must note if they prefer a vegetarian or meat option at time of booking.
Toast the reopening of the expanded “Bar at the Bear”!
Wine Pairings will be available from our General Manager and Sommelier, Matt Burk, or try a Garden to Glass craft cocktail during the concert.
Tickets at $95++ and prices include dinner and the concert. Alcohol will be available for sale by the drink or through the optional wine pairing.
Dinner will wrap up by 8pm so that everyone can order their drinks and head to the Event Lawn to their designated concert viewing spot.
Dancing Bear Lodge and Appalachian Bistro follows the Tennessee Pledge at all times. All tables and concert viewing spots will be socially distanced. This intimate lawn setting lends itself to great acoustics and viewing from any and all spots. Your group will be assigned a location on the lawn. We ask that anyone singing along to the band to please wear a mask. Crowding the stage area close to the band will not be allowed.
Individual tickets can be purchased here for $40.
Directions for Arrival
We ask that everyone please arrive around 5:30/5:45 to ensure the meal begins promptly at 6pm.
The event lawn will open at 6:15 PM for concert goers and will have food and alcohol options for purchase. No outside food or drink is allowed.
Dancing Bear will provide chairs. There will be commemorative blankets for purchase upon arrival for your lawn spot too.
Please do not bring lawn chairs.
The concert will begin promptly at 8:15PM.
