TASTING TUESDAYS — AT THE BEAR
Dancing Bear Lodge & Appalachian Bistro in Townsend, Tennessee is thrilled to announce that beginning Tuesday, August 25th, 2020 – The award-winning Appalachian Bistro and Newly expanded Full Bar will be open on Tuesday evenings!
The Tasting Tuesday dining experience will be dedicated to showcasing the incredible culinary talents and Appalachian roots of our Executive Chef Shelley Cooper, who will be offering a carefully curated, 4 Course Prefix Menu with an optional 4 course Wine Pairing available by our certified sommelier, Matt Burk.
This is an incredible opportunity to trust the Chef, trust her palate, be amazed by the wine pairings, and let the team tell you a culinary story.
Guests will be presented with two options. The featured 4-course tasting menu, or a vegetarian option, both prefix. Guests can also take advantage of an incredible wine pairing crafted by Chef Cooper & the Bistro’s Sommelier & bar team.

Dancing Bear Lodge and Appalachian Bistro will kick off Tasting Tuesdays beginning Tuesday, 8/25/2020.
Guests will be presented with two options. The featured 4-course tasting menu, or a vegetarian option, with either option available at $55 + tax per person. The aforementioned wine pairing will be offered at $25 + tax per person.
