Join us for an evening of exquisite pairings from Duckhorn Vineyard and Dancing Bear Appalachian Bistro Culinary Team led by Executive Chef Jeff Carter!

Over the past 40 years, Duckhorn Vineyards has established itself as one of North America’s premier producers of Napa Valley wine. From their inaugural Merlot released in 1978, to their acquisition of Three Palms Vineyard in 2015 (widely recognized as the finest Merlot vineyard in North America), Duckhorn has been producing quality wines for over 40 years and they are bringing their expertise to the table at Dancing Bear Appalachian Bistro this December.

Chef Jeff Carter and Sommelier Matt Burk have carefully curated a 5 course Appalachian inspired dinner designed to highlight the magnificent wines from this iconic California winery. In addition to Duckhorn’s Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Merlot, we will also be pouring the legendary 3 Palms Merlot, Winner of Wine Spectator’s “Wine of the Year” Award. One of California’s first single-vineyard Merlots, this full-bodied wine reflects Three Palms’ unique terroir and has been a consistent benchmark for New World Merlot.
