Fall Bicycle Bash

September 16, 2017 all-day

Register now because the Bash is Back! Join us on Saturday, September 16 for the Dancing Bear Bicycle Bash, sponsored by Blount County Partnership.

You’ll find some of the best cycling in the country here on the Peaceful Side of the Great Smoky Mountains! This year’s bash is even more exciting, with:

  • A 28 mile ride
  • A 37 mile ride
  • A 59 mile ride
  • Calf Killer Beer will be available on tap (complimentary, while it lasts!)
  • Gourmet lunch for all cyclists provided by Chef Shelley Cooper:

-JEM Farms Smoked Pork – Peach jam, basil, blue cheese sourdough flatbread
-5 Grain wild rice pilaf
-Pasta and sweet potato salad
-King Salmon and Ahi Tuna burgers with pickled ginger, preserved lemon/beet and boy choy slaw
-Heirloom tomato, tarragon, and burrata pie
-Hot chocolate sundaes, pistachio ice cream

Riders, if you haven’t registered yet, do so before Sept. 15 at 12:00 PM and you’ll receive a complimentary lunch on Dancing Bear’s event lawn. The cost is $45 to participate, and each registration includes $5 for Bike Elf, our featured partner. 2017 Bike Bash t-shirts will also be provided for all registered riders! If you just want to watch the spectacle and cheer on the riders, they’ll roll out of Dancing Bear at 9 am on Sept. 16th. Dancing Bear has luxury accommodations available by calling 1-800-369-0111 ext. 1 or booking online.
