The newest addition to The Dancing Bear family is The Dancing Bean Coffee House. Located in the Apple Valley Mountain Village on US 321, next to the new Dancing Bear guest check-in center. Open for breakfast and lunch, The Dancing Bean offers counter service, plenty of indoor and outdoor deck seating, and free Wifi.
Offering locally roasted beans, you can enjoy freshly brewed coffee, traditional espresso beverages, as well as bear-ista signatures like the Black Walnut Mocha, Buttered Brown Sugar or the Truffled Cream. Additional offerings include regionally-produced kombucha, nitro coffee, cold brew, fresh fruit smoothies, custom sodas, and imported and local bottled beers.
The Coffee House features an array of baked goods, including house-made sticky buns, biscuits, and specialty breakfast and lunch creations prepared fresh daily.
Artisanal Benne Seed Bacon, granola, pimento cheese, fresh compote, and other Dancing Bear staple items are available in bulk or individual servings.
House-made loaves of bread are available each day until supply runs out — the next batch is baked fresh daily in the Dancing Bear kitchen.
The Dancing Bean also offers freshly ground coffee by the pound or whole bean coffee by the pound for carry-out.
