THE VILLAS featuring Sugarlands, Clingman’s Dome, Twin Creeks, and Rich Mountain
The Villas at Dancing Bear Lodge are duplex style accommodations, offering two detached sleeping areas each with a private bathroom, connected by an adjoining door. The Villas are perfect for two couples or families who want to reserve the whole unit, or single couples who just need one side.
On Side 1, you will enter into a sitting area and full kitchen with a dining space. The sitting area features a fireplace, HD television, and two chairs. In the back, you will find the spacious bathroom and bedroom. Side 1 features 1 King Bed and can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.
On Side 2, you will enter into the bedroom featuring 2 Queen Beds accommodating a maximum of 4 guests. Attached to the bedroom is a kitchenette with a microwave and mini-fridge, and the bathroom is located on the other side of the kitchenette.
Special features make the Sugarlands and Twin Creeks Villas a great choice for guests with mobility issues.
The Villas are PET-FREE accommodations. If you need a DOG FRIENDLY unit, we recommend the LeConte Cabin, the Deluxe Plus Cabins, the Deluxe Cabins with Wood Burning Fireplace, the Deluxe Cabins with Gas Fireplace, and the Lofts.
The Villas are conveniently located on the outer edge of our property surrounded by tranquil woods, yet just a short walk to our award-winning Appalachian Bistro. You can view our map here.

- For guests with accessibility needs, Sugarlands, Rich Mountain and Twin Creeks have ramps instead of front steps. The bathroom in Sugarlands on Side 2 (QUEEN Side) includes a roll-in shower with grab bars.
- HOT TUBS – ONLY Rich Mountain KING Side (Side 1) and Twin Creeks KING Side (Side 1) feature an outdoor hot tub on the private deck. PLEASE NOTE: The other Villas and the Queen Sides (Sides 2) DO NOT feature hot tubs.
- FIREPLACES – The QUEEN Sides (Sides 2) DO NOT feature fireplaces.
- Wood Burning Fireplace – Clingman’s Dome KING Side (Side 1) and Sugarlands KING Side (Side 1)
