Greetings to our Friends of the Bear! 

We have a lot going on this holiday season! Reservations are currently full, but November 27th will mark another Thanksgiving at our Appalachian Bistro. If you’re still looking to dine with us, Apple Valley Cafe will be open on Thanksgiving serving traditional holiday meals. If you’re interested in learning more about a traditional Appalachian Christmas, the Great Smoky Mountain Heritage Center is also beginning their Christmas in the Village event happening every weekend from December 5th up until the weekend before Christmas. For December, be sure to come to see us at the Townsend Christmas Parade on December 7th.  In Maryville they’ll be having the Reindeer Run 5K on December 7th. Also, for fans of our Appalachian Bistro, the Charles Dickens Brunch will be coming back on December 7th, 14th, and 21st.  On the 24th will be our annual Christmas Eve dinner, and on the 31st will be our New Year’s Eve celebration again.
